Partner Terms

We ("Shrijicrafts", "we" or "us") run a program where partners share our handcrafted instruments and decor with their audience. Partners get a personal discount code and a personal link. When a real sale comes through, we thank the partner with a commission.

You apply on the affiliate portal with your email (verified by a one-time code) and pick a discount code and link name. Applications are reviewed by our team — usually within a day. Once approved, your code goes live in our store and you start earning.

Until approval ("pending"), your code isn't active and no commissions accrue. We may pause or end a partnership if this agreement isn't held to — we'll always reach out and talk it through first whenever we can.

Code (e.g. MEOW5): buyers who use it at checkout get the discount for your deal, and the commission is credited to you.

Link (e.g. shrijicrafts.com/r/yourname): sends people to our store and credits you the commission — the buyer pays full price.

If a buyer uses both — a code and a partner link — the code wins. Code beats link, always.

Your commission is a percentage (set in your deal — by default 5% discount for the buyer, 5% for you) of the order value after its discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.

The rate is locked in for every sale the moment it happens — if we later edit a deal, your past earnings stay exactly as they were.

A commission is confirmed about 30 days after the order ships. That window leaves room for returns and refunds to settle, so we never release commission on money that might come back. If an order is refunded before release, its commission simply doesn't mature. In the rare case where a refunded order was already paid out, we'll raise it with you honestly — nothing is ever clawed back silently.

You claim your payable balance from the dashboard whenever you like. Payouts are currently sent as store gift cards; our team can also arrange cash transfers case by case as the program grows. Once a payout is issued, the covered commissions are marked paid in your ledger.

Please don't credit your own orders (self-referrals don't earn), don't run coupon-listing spam, and don't use your code or link in ways the program wasn't meant for. If we see something odd, we'll talk to you first — deliberate abuse is the only conversation-ender.

Either side can stop the partnership at any time. Commissions you have already earned and approved at that point stay yours and remain payable.

Commission income is yours — please represent it per your own tax rules. Any entity arrangements will be written up here when they're in place.

As the program evolves we may update these terms. Material changes are announced in your affiliate dashboard and by email before they take effect, so nothing ever changes without you knowing.
